Day 1 got a bit challenging. Easy morning to Tri An Lake for lunch but the afternoon around the top of the lake got a bit sketchy two up. With a big storm looming decided to back track for the safer option. Huey unleashed fury around 4pm and gave us an excellent opportunity to test out the rain gear. By the time we got near Cat Tien there was flood water to contend with as well and by that stage in the dark.
